We partnered with LendingClub Bank, America’s leading personal loan provider, to drive new loan conversions and increase engagement for both their direct mail and email channels.
By pairing key audience insights with our proven LIFT approach, we established four new direct mail controls over the course of four test campaigns.
By utilizing stronger, more impactful language and leveraging key emotional benefits, we achieved a significant increase in new loan issuances.
To create a harder working digital campaign, we leveraged winning direct mail messaging and modified it for email. By targeting current members with strategic-segmented copy, we were able to drive higher conversions and repeat auto loan issuances.
